By using our services at East Car Street, Radhapuram, or via our digital channels, you agree to these terms.
01 Introduction
VR Online is a multi-utility service platform managed by VR Online. These terms govern your use of our recharge, bill payment, and Fastag services. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to the management of VR Online.
02 User Responsibility
The accuracy of the information provided for any transaction is the sole responsibility of the user. This includes:
- Correct Mobile Number & Operator selection.
- Accurate Consumer IDs for TNEB/Utility bills.
- Vehicle numbers for Fastag recharges.
Recharges or bill payments made to incorrect numbers/IDs provided by the user are non-refundable.
03 Refund & Failure Policy
While we aim for instant fulfillment, technical delays from the operator's end may occur.
Failed Transactions
If money is deducted but the recharge fails, a refund is usually initiated within 24–48 hours.
Pending Status
Pending recharges are subject to operator confirmation. We cannot refund a transaction while it is 'In-Process'.
04 Service Charges
VR Online reserves the right to charge a nominal convenience fee for certain offline utility bill payments or specialized assistance provided at our Radhapuram counter. Any such fees will be communicated before the transaction.
05 Limitation of Liability
VR Online shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from service downtime, operator server failures, or delays in bill updating by utility boards like TNEB.
06 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirunelveli district.
